About Me

Hi there!

My name is Mrs. Boston Becke and I am thrilled to be your child's teacher this year. This is my fourth year at GAA and I am so happy to be back! I have previously taught Grade 2, Grade 3 and Grade 7. I am so excited to continue working with GAA's senior students, tackling new challenges and making new memories!

I grew up in Mississauga, Ontario as an only child and graduated from Streetsville Secondary School with honours.

I graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Child Development and Disability & Giftedness. My Bachelor of Education is in Primary/Junior Education and is from the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education (OISE). I qualified to teach Intermediate students in August 2018. I have taken additional courses in Kindergarten Studies and Special Education Studies.

Now, I live in Oakville with my husband, Christopher, who is also a teacher, and spend most of my days and nights learning as much as I can about how to best teach the students in my charge. I love Harry Potter, sloths, millenial pink, Grey's Anatomy and Coke Zero.

I can't wait to make this year fantastic!
